Assembly Operative – Bridgend

£15.17–£15.25 per hour | Temp to Perm | Weekly Pay Immediate Start – 7th September

All candidates must have a valid DBS or be happy to go through one.

Role Overview

We’re recruiting Assembly Operatives for a clean, well‑run, fast‑growing manufacturing site in Bridgend. You’ll join a supportive team with long‑term opportunities and structured training.

Shift Options

Choose the shift pattern that suits you:

• Shift 1 – 12‑hour Days & Nights Consistent long‑shift pattern.
• Shift 2 – Rotational Days, Afternoons & Nights Monday to Friday only — weekends off.

Pay Rate

• £15.17–£15.25 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Temp to perm opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Using hand tools to assemble products
• Building and assembling components
• Quality checking items on the line
• Packing finished goods for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Working effectively with your team and supervisors

• Reliable and proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
• Previous production or assembly experience is helpful but not essential
