Support Workers Required – Cygnet | Cardiff

Statim Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers for ongoing agency opportunities within Cygnet services in Cardiff.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers confident in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 months UK Support Worker experience

• Right to work in the UK

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism

• Experience supporting complex needs and behaviours that may challenge

• PMVA training

• Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training – Tier 2 (Level 2)

• Medication Administration training

• Full Blood Immunisation Record, including Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella and TB/BCG evidence

Desirable Experience

• Cygnet or similar specialist healthcare settings

• Positive Behaviour Support

• Complex care

• Safeguarding

• Person-centred care

• Risk management and care planning
