Development Representative (SDR) - Uncapped commission. Clear progression. Real training.

What you'll do (and get rewarded for)

• Prospect and research target organisations and decision‑makers

• Generate opportunities via outbound calls, email and LinkedIn

• Qualify needs, challenges and buying potential

• Book high‑quality meetings for the Business Development / Key Account teams

• Hit (and beat) daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

• Keep CRM activity accurate and follow structured outreach campaigns

• Share market insight and competitor feedback to sharpen messaging

Salary & benefits (practical details)

• Salary: £25,000 basic

• Commission/OTE: uncapped commission; realistic £8,000 commission (OTE £33,000)

• Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

• Location: Office-based (Weston‑super‑Mare)

• Holidays: 28 days

• Pension: yes
