Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Cardiff for a Vehicle Panel Beater to join their expanding bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a growing independent automotive accident repair centre that has recently undergone a successful management buy-out. The Vehicle Panel Beater role offers competitive pay, career development, and the chance to work on a variety of high-end vehicles.

Duties of a Panel Beater:

• Efficiently repairing vehicles to a high standard, focusing on quality workmanship
• Conducting thorough quality checks after repairs to ensure no defects
• Managing a high volume of work in a busy bodyshop environment
• Working to targets set by the team while maintaining attention to detail
• Working predominantly on a range of high-value vehicles, ensuring top-quality standards are met

Requirements of a Panel Beater:

• Fully qualified Vehicle Panel Beater to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Valid driving license is essential
• Prior experience working to PAS 125 standards or with ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
• A team player with a strong work ethic and motivation to meet targets
• Committed to producing high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment
