Nursing Home Manager

Cardiff | £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits (Negotiable)

JCO Healthcare is proud to be partnering with an expanding private care provider to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for one of their well-performing nursing homes in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider with ambitious growth plans, a strong reputation for quality care, and a genuine commitment to supporting its managers.

The home is a well-established, medium-sized nursing service with a positive local reputation, stable occupancy, and strong foundations already in place. The successful candidate will inherit a team that is engaged, supportive, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care.

Importantly, NMC registration is not essential for this position, as the service benefits from strong clinical leadership and experienced nursing support. Applications are therefore welcomed from both nursing and non-nursing managers with a proven track record of successfully leading elderly care services.

We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous Home Manager experience within elderly care
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A track record of achieving quality and commercial objectives
• Experience of working with Care Inspectorate Wales regulations and compliance
• Occupancy growth and relationship management experience
• Passion for delivering outstanding resident outcomes
