Prospero Teaching is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and supportive primary school in Weston-Super-Mare in their search for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to begin their career in a nurturing environment, with full ECT support and mentoring provided throughout the induction period.

• Full‑time class teacher position within a supportive primary setting
• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the national curriculum
