As a key member of the sales team, the new/used car sales executive will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. • Basic salary of £19,000 with a company car or £23,000 without
• Uncapped commission scheme, with potential earnings exceeding £45,000 annually

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Sell approximately 15 new and used vehicles per month, from city cars to SUVs
• Assist customers in selecting add-ons, accessories, finance, insurance products, and extended warranties
• Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery statuses and manage any delays
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and collect payment before vehicle handover
• Explain warranty and service arrangements, introducing customers to aftersales departments
• Demonstrate vehicle features and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering an excellent sales experience
• Work independently and proactively seek sales opportunities, consistently aiming to meet or exceed targets

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven successful experience in vehicle sales, or strong background in related sales roles
• Passion for delivering results and building customer relationships
• Brand-focused with the ability to work independently
• Possession of a UK driving licence with minimal points
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to professional development and exceeding sales objectives
• Energetic, driven, and customer-service oriented approach
